Founded in 2004 Wild Dog Computers Inc. is based solely on the premise of "fair service for a fair price" attitude. You'll find our prices VERY comparable to the larger, "big box" stores where you really don't know who is looking at the private information on your computer including tax returns, family pictures, bank information etc...
We offer a 10% discount on ALL work for seniors and that we gladly will retrieve their machine from their car and, upon repairing, place it back in their car for them.

About Us

Founded in the fall of '04, Wild Dog Computers Inc. has a philosophy that customer service is not secondary to making a sale.

When visiting us, you deal with one person who actually cares and wants your business. We want you to be pleased with the service you receive and the products you purchase whereas we want you to return in the future.

If you have a great experience, tell your friends!

If you have a "not so nice" experience, TELL ME! I'll make it right!

I have been working on computer since the very early 80's when I purchased a Sinclair ZX-81 while in the U.S. Coast Guard. I attended Cape Fear Technical Institute and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in the early 90's which was well before Al Gore "invented" the internet (right!). Back then it was Fortran, Cobol, Assembly and many nights in the Comp Lab compiling little programs to simulate a deck of cards or coin tossing!

I found my way to Raleigh in 2000 and started working for JNO computers soon after that. Due to internal problems, they found themselves in "dire straits" and I took over the lease and started Wild Dog Computers Inc. Each year my sales and service has increased over the previous year with the belief that if you take care of people, they will return to you time & time again. I have a "first name" relationship with most of my clients and some just come by to talk when they are "over this way" or in the area (and they are ALWAYS welcome!). I despise going into a store and not knowing anyone, not being taken care of and, generally, made to feel like the money I'm spending isn’t appreciated (come by and we'll discuss that one!). I really feel customer service has "gone by the wayside" as companies do whatever they can to trim their cost of operation.

I want your business so please take the time to give me a call or drop an email, or, better yet, come by the store to at least shake my hand and meet someone new!
