Founded in 2004 after the "fall" of JNO Computers, Wild Dog Computers Inc. is based solely on the premise of "fair service for a fair price" attitude. You'll find our prices VERY comparable to the larger, "big box" stores where you really don't know who is looking at the private information on your computer including tax returns, family pictures, bank information etc...
We at Wild Dog Computers Inc. appreciate your business and will gladly retrieve your computer from your vehicle for you! If you need assistance, please come in and ask us for it! We also offer a 10% discount for seniors on all repairs!

On Site Services

Residential:

We offer on site repairs and training at the rate of $50.00 / hour + cost of service (if you want a hard drive installed the charge would be $50 Onsite Fee + $25 for installing the hard drive and formatting). Should the On Site repair go over 2 hours, we would suggest allowing our technician to bring the system back to the shop to "stop the clock" on the onsite fee and finish repairing the system. This saves you money!

Commercial:

We offer on site repairs and training at the rate of $75.00 hour + cost of service (see above).

Along with the "normal" services such as spyware/virus removal we also offer many services such as but not limited to:
  • Monthly service contracts based on the quantity of machines in your business we are servicing.
  • PC delivery & setup.
  • Router & wireless installations.
  • Basic Networking.
  • Backing up or migration of data for "on/off" site solutions.
  • Before/After hours On Site Service available.
  • Network printer setup.
  • 2 Hour Response Time normally.
If you are a small / medium business, it may not be cost effective to maintain an IT person on site. Our services can certainly cut your cost and provide guaranteed service and satisfaction knowing the job is done right.

We offer out on site service to the following areas: Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Clayton, Garner & Rolesville. (2 hour response time)

We offer our services for Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Dunn, Benson, Wendell, Bunn and at a slightly higher rate of $100.00 / hour + cost of service merely to help offset travel expenses. (3 hour response time).

Wild Dog Computers Inc. offers an "off-site" backup service for complete data security. Online data backup is certainly available cheaper through online services but what we offer is knowing your data is backed up nightly to a local company on our redundant raid server and should you experience a catastrophic failure such as fire, flood or theft you can rest assured Wild Dog Computers can get you back up in operation in the shortest amount of time with new computers reloaded with

your data and back on your premises so you can get back to doing what you do best without the worry or fuss of having to wait for machines to arrive, setting them up and restoring all the data such as email, Quickbook files, network settings etc... Imagine trying to "recreate" ALL the data your business machines contain!
